the Chamber of Secrets

Last week on one of the Bus’ ramblings through Olympia, we stumbled upon a hidden passageway in the Capitol building. Yes. A secret passageway.

And that’s not all. The secret passageway is in fact a corridor between the house and senate intern bunkers. Yes. Secret intern bunkers.

Sounds exciting, right? Well, it is, sort of. We were hoping for intern wars, late night pranks, and the occasional sharks vs jets- style rumble. Well, turns out the now-not-so-secret passageway between the house and senate intern offices is…boring (also pedestrian, banal, and mundane for the GRE and SAT preps among ya’ll).

No dragons. No trap doors. And no rumbling.

Sigh. Show ’em how it’s done, Kenneth.

If only.
