When music and politics collide

Everybody wins.

This coming Sunday (April 19th if you don’t know), the team over at I-100 is throwing a signature gathering party at the Sunset in Ballard. You know I-100 – it’s the intiative that makes the City of Seattle examine all its options before building a new jail. Good stuff.

The trick, of course, is to get on the ballot in the first place, which requires signatures of support. This event is aiming to get a good chunk of supporters to put their names down, so if you support a good cause, like good music, and are looking for a good time, grab a friend or five and head to the Sunset on Sunday.
